Over forty-three years of diverse legal and business experience, including business & real estate transactions, prosecution of white-collar crime, civil litigation, and the development of training programs for lawyers, judges and prosecutors in Central Asia. Knowledge of U. S. regulatory matters, including Immigration, copyright, trademark and computer law, as well as experience in the private practice of law and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for an international corporation. Currently teaching a business law class and on the advisory committee for the paralegal studies program at Colorado Mountain College.
